Dear Ladies who Crossfit,

If your schedule allows, please consider joining us for an evening of education and information.

I have put together a seminar specifically designed for women who are driven to strengthen their bodies through regular weight training and exercise.

I will cover issues that I feel are important for us to begin talking about and more importantly doing something about, together.

Some of these topics will sound familiar. Some we have grown to joke about even. Some have become things we have just accepted as if it were a sacrifice for doing what we love.

In our discussion, we will be taking a different perspective. There are so many incredibly positive things that come from participating in Crossfit. You shouldn't have to surrender anything to continue.

MIGHT WE NEED TO PUMP MORE IRON?

Maybe your increased fatigue you are feeling is not because you are trying to pump too much iron in the gym, but because your body doesn't have enough.

WANT TO STAY DRY DURING DOUBLE UNDERS?

Having control over your bladder is one of those things that we should not sacrifice for exercise. Peeing during jumping exercises or lifting weights is a symptom and you should pay attention.

EXHALE ON EXERTION?

Breathing is incredibly important through everything we do, not to mention when we lift heavy. Imagine you could become stronger if you had a deeper awareness and connection to your breath.
