Everyday Stronger - Strength Training for CrossFit

This specialty class is designed by Coach Shannon Lewis for any CrossFit athlete who wants to do some focused work on developing raw strength that will compliment their CrossFit practice. This class is run in 6 week blocks, meets twice a week, and counts as a class with your regular membership or punch card. Enrollment is capped at 12 people per session and requires a $25 registration fee. Participants must also carry a $10/month Open Gym Add-on fee with their monthly membership as the class includes one day of homework to be done outside of the two regularly scheduled classes. If you are planning on not using the Open Gym at all we will waive that requirement.
