Everyday Stronger - Strength Training for CrossFit
This specialty class is designed by Coach Shannon Lewis for any CrossFit athlete who wants to do some focused work on developing raw strength that will compliment their CrossFit practice. This class is run in 6 week blocks, meets twice a week, and counts as a class with your regular membership or punch card. Enrollment is capped at 12 people per session and requires a $40 registration fee. For more information on the EDS program please contact one our staff to see when the next session will begin.
