Green Mountain CrossFit Membership Policies

Month-to-Month Memberships

Recurring Billing Cycle:  All memberships are based on a one-month recurring billing cycle.  Your first payment will occur at the start of your membership and recurring charges will be processed every month until membership cancellation is requested.

15-Day Cancellation Policy:  A 15 day written notice is required to cancel or terminate any and all memberships. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met. An email to nick@greenmountaincrossfit.com is considered a valid written request.

Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file to be used for membership dues, retail purchases or default billing.

No Refunds: Once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there we do not offer refunds for unused memberships or punch cards

3, 6 and 12 Month Membership Contracts (paid monthly)

Early Cancellation: Contract Memberships may be cancelled by giving a 15 day written notice.  Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met.

Early Cancellation Charge: Upon early cancellation you will be assessed a onetime charge in the amount of one month at your current monthly billing rate.

Automatic Renewal:  3, 6 and 12 Month Contract Memberships will not automatically renew once their contract term has been reached.

Membership Holds: Memberships may be put on hold for a minimum time of 2 weeks and you may only place your membership on hold once every 12 months.
