*Teams of 3,4,or 5 w/1 athlete at each station 1

  • 15' Rope Climb or 12' from knees or 2 Pull-to-stand
  • 5 Reverse Burpees
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Double Unders or 50 Singles

**Athletes can only move to next station when it is vacant
