30 Kettle Bell Swings (55/35)
40 Push Press (95/65)
800 Meter Run

One Partner working at a time. (Split up the run 400/400 or both partners run together for 800)

NOTE: Encourage slower running teams to do the 400/400 option. If weather is nasty teams can do a row/ski/2X bike instead
