NOTE:  If equipment is a limiting factor here, let athletes pair up and just work opposite 90 sec segments.  The score at the end of the 5 rounds is the sum of individual lunges they completed through all 5 rounds.  If there are still not enough DB to accommodate all athletes, KBs can be used, and after that, barbells could be used at 95/65 (although, this might prove easier).
