NOTE: Setup takes a LONG time for this. Workout times will vary greatly and try and allow for 40 minutes on the long end. Encourage smart scaling to keep things moving. Make sure you run through the exact progression with everyone - talk through three rounds out loud so everyone understands - this is an easy one to screw up the flow. And get everyone to connect the flow with the song.
