Take 5 minutes to explain and demo and have people practice with a PVC pipe.  Work up to a working weight after that to do the EMOTM

You have some time to work with the squat clean before the workout.  Let people work up to their first working weight and prepare for additional weight changes.  Make sure all equipment is out and ready.
