Green Mountain CrossFit is not your typical gym. We don't really sell gym memberships, we sell coaching that gives you the opportunity to accomplish your individual goals. Our fees look a little different than what you might be used to. Rather than a monthly membership that only covers access to the facility - leaving you on your own to figure out what to do and how to do it, our memberships are based on how frequently you take advantage of our coaching services. All of our membership options allow you to explore ANY of our regularly scheduled classes - that means CrossFit, Yoga, Rowing, Kettlebells, or any combination of what we have on our weekly schedule! If you would like to come in and use our facility outside of class times, you can add the "open gym" option to any membership for a small fee. We also offer punch cards and drop-in rates for those who will be attending class less frequently.

Group Coaching Rates
The following options are for monthly renewing memberships.
UNLIMITED CLASSES (MOST POPULAR) $145/MONTH with 12 month commitment
We STRONGLY encourage people to invest in this coaching option as it allows you to have a steady diet of CrossFit while also promoting attendance in our complimentary classes such as Yoga, Rowing, Everyday Stronger and more.

3 CLASSES PER WEEK (13/MONTH) $125/MONTH with 12 month commitment
For those with a tight schedule, this option will get you the minimum recommended allotment of CrossFit classes in a week. Classes can be balanced across the month (ex. 4 one week and 2 the next, and unused classes do not roll over into the next month.
2 CLASSES PER WEEK (9/MONTH) $100/MONTH with 12 month commitment
Some of our members are active with other pursuits outside of GMCF, or are non-CrossFit members who attend Rowing, Yoga or other class options with us. We do not encourage members to practice CrossFit once or twice a week as a standalone program.
