  • KB Swing

Workout:

For Time:

  • Partner 2500m
  • 50 KB Squat Clean
  • Partner 2500m

At 3, 2, 1, Go....the 2500m is rowed as a team, switching as often as you see fit.  After the first piece the 50 Squat Cleans are shared between the two partners in sets of 5.  The second piece is rowed split up however you'd like.
