EMOTM the damper setting is shifted.  Partners alternate through each round.  Partner 1 Round 1 Damper = 10, Partner 2 Round 2 Damper = 9, and so on from there.... See how many Calories you can accumulate each Round at various Damper Setting.  You may find you are more efficient at certain settings.
