Partner 1 Rows while Partner 2 completes the following...

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 KB Squats
  • 10 KB Strict Press
  • 10 KB Squat Cleans

Then, Switch! Roll through this twice.

Workout:

For Time, Relay Style. 

(One person completes full round before partner completes the same round.)

Round 1:

  • 2 Handstand Push Ups (or DB Strict Press)
  • 2 Clusters (Squat Clean Thruster)
  • 2 Burpees
  • 200m SPRINT

Round 2:

  • 4 Handstand Push Ups
  • 4 Clusters
  • 4 Burpees
  • 400m SPRINT

Round 3:

  • 6 Handstand Push Ups
  • 6 Clusters
  • 6 Burpees
  • 600m SPRINT

Round 4:

  • 8 Handstand Push Ups
  • 8 Clusters
  • 8 Burpees
  • 800m SPRINT
