Warm Up:

Damper Change Row (with Partner)

  • 50 sec Row
  • 10 sec Switch

Starting at a Damper Setting of 1, Partner 1 Rows their piece, at the 10 sec Transition, change the Damper to 2 for Partner 2's Row.  Continue like this all the way to 10, where both Partners spend a 50 sec Row at 10, and then work their way all the way back down to a Damper setting of 1.  

Workout:

4 X 2:00 Row (~2:00 Rest)

Round 1 - Damper where you are used to

Round 2 - Damper up by 1 number

Round 3 - Damper where you are used to

Round 4 - Damper down by 1 number
