Workout:

Partner 20 min AMRAP

  • Pull Ups
  • Thrusters (95/65)
  • Burpees
  • Row for Cal

Movements are spread out across the floor in order.  Pull Ups, Thrusters, Burpees, Row.  One partners begins at Pull Ups and moves across the room, one begins at the Row and works backwards through the movements.  They complete 2 reps of each movement crossing each other's path between the Thrusters and Burpees.  Round 1 ends when each partner has completed the 4 movements. Round 2, partners head back to their starting position and complete now 4 reps of each movement.  Partners continue through as many rounds as they can adding 2 reps each round.
