  • Thruster
  • Burpee
  • Box Jump

With a partner, one person starts on the Row and moves through movements in order, one partner starts on the Box Jump and moves through movements in the opposite direction.  Two people cannot work on the same movement at the same time and thus must move through each round at the same pace.
