Yoga Cross Training is a unique personal training method which brings together the powerful breath, flow and poses of Vinyasa Krama Yoga with traditional calisthenic exercise and strength training in a vigorous 60 minute session. This combination of work, flow and meditative concentration strengthens and cleanses the cardiovascular, respiratory and lymphatic system, energizes metabolism and vitality, strengthens muscle and connective tissue, quiets the mind and brings the body to greater health, performance and freedom.

Merin is a Wellness Counselor and nationally certified Personal Trainer with advanced certifications in YogaFit, YogaCore and YogaStrength. Her yoga teacher training is in Vinyasa Krama Yoga from which she builds flowing classes based on the principals of breath, emotion, alignment, power and Tantra. Merin has devoted over 15 years of training, research and practice to understanding how we achieve optimal physical, mental, spiritual and social health. In her classes and private sessions, Merin encourages each student to encounter themselves fully and completely, to discover their inner strength and through this unification, to experience the creative joy and beauty of life.
